Ếch xào sả ớt – Stir fried Frog’s legs in Lemongrass & Chili

Frog legs are one of the better-known delicacies of French and Cantonese cuisine. They are also eaten in other regions, such as Vietnam.

Frog legs are rich in protein and they are often said to taste like chicken because of their mild flavour, with a texture most similar to chicken wings.

I grew up eating this dish in Vietnam, so to me it’s just another delicious meat dish, but I can definitely see how some may feel a little squeamish at the thought. Don’t be! You’ll be missing out! The meat is so tender, soaks in all the falvours of the seasoning, it’s a fantastic bite!
