A Vietnamese salad often makes an appearance at family parties, alongside wonderful succulent meat dishes and soups. I love its refreshing tastes, healthy and explosion of flavours!
This delicious lotus stem and Prawns salad is extremely easy to make (usually I would have pork too…next time!). The lotus stem gives this salad an amazing crunch. It has great combination of textures and flavours. What I also love about this salad is the use of Vietnamese herbs. It really adds another dimension to the dish.
Tangy, with a touch of our traditional fish sauce to dip makes the dish complete!
